Each client has his or her own attorney, a General Counsel attorney, who oversees all of that client’s matters. The General Counsel attorney is the focal point for the client at B-Law. This attorney advises and counsels clients, informing them of their rights and obligations under the law, and breaking down issues into options. Once the client has decided which option he would like to pursue, he is matched up with an Of Counsel attorney at B-Law, to handle the transaction or resolution of a specific issue.
Our Of Counsel attorneys handle the details on specific transactions, providing depth in their practice area, to supplement the breadth provided by General Counsel attorneys. Because our Of Counsel attorneys choose to focus their time on one or two practice areas, they bring valuable expertise to each matter.
